SOCAN visits the Grants Pass Museum of Art

On Saturday October 7th, the Grants Pass Museum of Art held a Climate Change Panel featuring the work of Washington State artists Ann Chadwick Reid and Natalie Niblack.  SOCAN cofacilitator Alan Journet offered a presentation entitled: ‘How Climate Change is Advancing the Anthropocene and what we can do to address it.’ He discussed the concept of the Anthropocene, the basic science of Global Warming, climate trends and projecti0ns for Josephine County and their consequences and concluded with some comments on what we can do to address the climate crisis.
