Support health care funding

In January, Oregonians will have the opportunity to support HB 2391, which funds health care for low-income Oregonians by creating health care insurance premiums and hospital assessments. This bill was supported by hospitals because it would help stabilize our health care markets. Although this bill passed, there was some dissatisfaction, leading to a petition and a voter referendum.
