In evaluating reports that purport to counter the scientific consensus that global warming and its climate change consequences are happening, those who don’t pay constant attention to the wealth of evidence addressing a myriad of impacts can be influenced by reports that cherry pick small subsets of data addressing one issue, particularly recent such data subsets.
