Oregon Climate Action Plan: Two Years of Progress
The Oregon Climate Action Plan (OCAP) coalition—over 50 organizations strong—has spent the past two years advancing climate solutions that cut greenhouse gas emissions, promote equity, and build a clean energy future for Oregon. Since 2020, partners have worked with state leaders to turn OCAP’s vision into action, prioritizing investments in clean energy, centering frontline communities, and expanding opportunities for public participation.
