This group meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday, currently via ZOOM, at 2:30 pm.
This meeting will focus on continued discussion of claims that the Federal Infrastructure and Build Back Better proposals promote public forest logging and other activities that are contrary to claims that they promote climate action. We hope also to discuss the recent agreement between timber representatives and conservation groups regarding adjusting the Forest Management Practices Act to protect riparian corridors, adjust pesticide spraying requirements and promote Habitat Conservation Plans.
