Rogue River – World Fish Migration Day Festival & 5K Migratory Run!

We’ve got a great line-up of hands-on activities and information booths that will interest both youth and adults!

Goal for the event is to engage youth and adults in learning more about the Rogue watershed, its many natural features, and how everyone can be better stewards of it.

Some of the activities available include a nature walk, fly tying, fly casting, Japanese fish printing, an obstacle course, the Pacifica caterpillar, macroinvertebrate hunting, and MUCH MORE! Some of the agencies and organizations that will be exhibiting include Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Illinois Valley SWCD, Southern Oregon Fly Fishers, Rogue Fly Fishers, Rogue Riverkeeper, Oregon Water Resources Department, Oregon Caves, Rusk Ranch Nature Center, and SOCAN.
