The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is accepting public comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the Jordan Cove LNG Export Facility and Pacific Connector Pipeline Project.  The DEIS is available here: https://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/efiling.asp.  The deadline for submission of testimony is July 5.
