May 28, 7-8 pm: Reducing Fire Hazards in the Wildland Urban Interface
The rate of development in forested and fire prone landscapes has left communities vulnerable. Here we focus on defensible space and available resources to help landowners minimize fire threats in the Wildland Urban (or Rural) Interface.
Update:
For the health and safety concerns of our communities, our steering committee has decided to take the Summit to a VIRTUAL platform. With fire season around the corner we feel that this content remains critically important during this time. While the Coronavirus might keep us from gathering in person, climate change and fire seasons are not going away.
