Ashland’s greenhouse gas emissions from road travel are 17 percent of the city’s total. I contribute to this number.
Ashland High School students are asking all of us to make changes in our habits that contribute to GHG emissions. Breaking old patterns is not easy. Over the years I have written about patterns that could be broken and experiences I have had that resulted in saving money as well as reducing my carbon footprint.
